February 2021 through April 2021 – Portsmouth Public Schools

During this period, I had the opportunity to observe the virtual therapy sessions conducted by a credible speech pathologist on a daily basis. I maintained a journal of all newly-acquired knowledge, much of which related to the smooth and successful performance of teletherapy. Teletherapy poses technical complications that may disrupt the effectiveness of therapeutic services; however, continued practice with technological mediums and a passion to help individuals in need will ensure that meaningful progress still takes place.
