In this course we were required to join and work with a non-profit organization. I worked with IGNITE Pantry and Mentoring, although, I liked working with IGNITE Mentoring more. I started off with Pantry but soon switched to Mentoring, but they are both wonderful and life changing experiences.  these journals (1-3) are on the non-profit, what they are about, and my experience. Journal 4 is a reflection letter of the ENG 211C course and all the knowledge we either gained or can transfer. Journal 5 is an evaluation of the work within this course, our struggles as well as our strengths.
