Scada System and its works
SCADA systems is the combination of hardware and software that authorize the industrial
process by getting OT (operational technology) real time data. SCADA system is used to collect
forms of data from industrial equipment. Scada refers to ICS(industrial control system) which is
used to control infrastructure process, facility-based process, and industrial process. Those three
processes include wastewater treatment, airports, and production. This system consists of
subsystems like HMI(Human Machine Interface), RTU\u2019S, and PLC\u2019S ect. Human operators use HMI
to receive processed data and to control the process.

Security Concerns
There are two major threats to SCADA. The first one is unauthorized access to software
whether it is physically accessed or technically through viruses or changes. The second one is
access to a network that hosts SCADA devices. Security issues reside where one can send
packets to a SCADA device and gain control of it. SCADA users conclude VPN is a secure way of
protection and firewall solutions for SCADA networks that are based on TCP\/IP.

Conclusion
In conclusion, SCADA should have more ways to be protected from cyber attacks, cyberwarfare,
