Though I go by Gwladys, my middle name, Akossiwa Agbenou, is my name. Lome, Togo, is where I’m originally from. My family relocated to Virginia in 2015, and I have lived here ever since. In 2022, I graduated from North Stafford High School and started a full-time cybersecurity program at Old Dominion University.

Over the years, I have developed many valuable skills that I value, including team leadership. In addition, I take care of my younger sisters, lead at work, and collaborate with others for the benefit of the company I work for. My favorite talent that I have learned so far is communication. I think that everyone should be able to communicate on some level since it is incredibly helpful in solving problems and, more importantly, in preventing them. I acquired this ability while serving as an auto insurance representative at Geico.

After my mother passed away, I took on a lot more responsibility; therefore, I would say that the majority of the positions on my resume are essential, but ones that I greatly value. However, in order to put myself on the correct track for career success, I’m working extremely hard to secure an internship in the cyber industry.
