The PHIL 355E course has greatly improved my comprehension of ethics and offered me<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a fresh outlook on the world. Through our thought-provoking talks, I have acquired a deeper<\/p>\n\n\n\n
understanding of the immoral acts that occur in the world every day. Moreover, these talks have<\/p>\n\n\n\n
transformed my perspective on the definition of ethical behavior in the professional environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I work as a technical support professional at a firm. As a result, I have quickly utilized a<\/p>\n\n\n\n
significant portion of the knowledge we have gained in class. One instantly thinks of the notion<\/p>\n\n\n\n
of organizational loyalty. Previously, I had a total absence of emotional attachment to my current<\/p>\n\n\n\n
workplace. I participated in this activity exclusively to increase my income while beginning my<\/p>\n\n\n\n
pursuit of higher-level software opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nevertheless, upon acquiring knowledge about diverse understandings of loyalty and the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In particular situations that warrant it, my viewpoint has changed. The importance of preserving<\/p>\n\n\n\n
loyalty to a company as long as it remains true to its goals was discussed. By engaging in<\/p>\n\n\n\n
PHIL355E, I have acquired comprehension regarding the imperative to exhibit devotion towards<\/p>\n\n\n\n
both my superiors and my job. I constantly abide by the organization and code of ethics and laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After conducting thorough research, I have reached the determination that I have a moral duty to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
exhibit loyalty towards my employer. This is a result of our steadfast dedication to upholding our<\/p>\n\n\n\n
company’s mission statement in all of our endeavors. My goal is to continually maintain high<\/p>\n\n\n\n
standards in my professional pursuits in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, I shall discuss the subject of the code of ethics. As a corporation, we rigorously<\/p>\n\n\n\n
adhere to a code of ethics. I must participate in regular training sessions and assessments to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
guarantee that I keep precise memory and correct implementation of the regulations. At first, I<\/p>\n\n\n\n
believed that the enforcement of these ethical norms guaranteed that all employees would treat<\/p>\n\n\n\n
each other with politeness and promote a productive atmosphere in the office. Through extensive<\/p>\n\n\n\n
examination of several case analyses, I have come to the realization that the code of ethics is<\/p>\n\n\n\n
applicable not only to individual workers, but also to the entire business. If I witness any<\/p>\n\n\n\n
malfeasance or impropriety by the firm, I will strive to ensure that the corporation is held<\/p>\n\n\n\n
responsible for its acts. At first, I thought it strange to take part in several ethics training classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, I now understand that the main objective is to prevent unethical behavior and protect<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the business from potential consequences. As a result, I expect that I will demonstrate increased<\/p>\n\n\n\n
diligence in the future by diligently reading and thoughtfully considering the companies code of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ethics. The rationale for this is that I would rather not be employed by a company if I believe that<\/p>\n\n\n\n
its main priority is in serving its own interests rather than prioritizing the well-being of its<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final thing we have discussed is the importance of individual privacy, which has<\/p>\n\n\n\n
greatly impacted my viewpoint. Throughout my early years, I experienced a deeply<\/p>\n\n\n\n
dysfunctional setting where the notion of having privacy was regarded as a privilege rather than<\/p>\n\n\n\n
an inherent entitlement. By acquiring information from this course, I have been able to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
significantly enhance my ability to positively influence people and foster my own cognitive<\/p>\n\n\n\n
development, surpassing any adverse consequences. Although I have been aware of the lack of<\/p>\n\n\n\n
privacy caused by government monitoring for a while, I recently discovered the extent to which<\/p>\n\n\n\n
it is spreading. Upon uncovering the facts, I was consumed by profound rage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The examination of the privacy case analysis increased my consciousness of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
significance of upholding privacy. Equipped with this recently learned knowledge, I want to<\/p>\n\n\n\n
practice enhanced discretion while selecting websites to visit and engaging in activities when<\/p>\n\n\n\n
surfing. An essential lesson from this course is the need of retaining a robust emphasis on<\/p>\n\n\n\n
privacy and being attentive to the elements that may jeopardize it in the future. In essence, this<\/p>\n\n\n\n
training has made me aware that my online activities on social media platforms are being<\/p>\n\n\n\n
