I get along with other personalities pretty well. I know that everyone is an individual and may have different perspectives and insights about certain topics. Having interdisciplinarity is an important skill to have in the work world, especially if I want to be an entrepreneur. I would encounter different personalities on a daily. It is important that I stay open minded to what people might have to say about my ideas. In order for me to get along with different personalities, it is best to understand their background. Being knowledgeable of the different perspectives of the world, makes things a lot easier to comprehend. One of the things that makes it easy for me get along with various personalities is that I like to listen. I think a lot of people are at fault for not listening to what the other has to say about an issue. I strongly believe that listening can go a long way to getting along with people.
