I do not have any campus related school activities as I live in Michigan and take this class online. I would like to provide the opportunity to share in some of my everyday activities that allow me to practice with native speakers. I live by Almar Orchards. They have a mom and son who are from Mexico that work there. Maria runs the shop, and her son works the bakery and helps farm. I try to order everything in Spanish every time we go and have taught my boys as well. Maria is very helpful to converse with me and answer any questions as she knows I am trying to learn Spanish. She recently taught me how to say ” me gustaría manzanas, sidra y donuts.
