I believe that cyber technology impacts interactions between offenders and victims by being that space that both offenders and victims have to watch. I say that because offenders are the ones who are trying to cause the problems and they have to or should know the tactics and rules in place in order to do whatever bad thing it is that they are trying to do. Cyber technology is placed in order for them to be stopped so they have to get around all of those things in order to for them to be successful in what they do. It impacts the victim because they should know all of the ways they are protected. They should know all of the cyber things placed on whatever device it is that they are using so that they can avoid all problems and have a safe online environment. So they both are watching the cyber technology to be safe I would say.
I feel that the development of cyber policy and infrastructure given the “short arm” of predictive knowledge can easily be solved by making sure that one protects the data that they own. If you make sure to protect it the best way possible not considering money and all of the other things than I believe that the problems should be very minimal. The problems will always come here and there but if one keeps everything up to date and has very good understanding of how to stop the problems then there would probably be little to no problems. That is honestly the best way, just to prepare for the worst so that one wont be surprised when it tries to happen because they were already prepared. Just keeping up with everything and having a plan to stop anything that could come is the best way given the short arm. It does not matter what happens or how the policies are as long as one is prepared for the worst and has a plan everything should be fine.
