After reviewing the NICE Workforce Framework, the roles that appealed to me the most were Secure Project Management and Cybersecurity Policy and Planning. As a Secure Project Manager, I would be tasked to implement security into every project, meet goals and report project progress. I like this role because I would have to resolve conflicts and pay close attention to detail. These are personal skills I possess, and I like to assess them a lot. Cybersecurity Policy and Planning appeals to me because I would be able to develop and design policies and also be able to work with stakeholders. Cybersecurity Curriculum Development appeals to me the least because you are to plan accordingly, educate and train according to guidelines all while following techniques and instructions. I don’t like this because I like moving freely and doing things in ways I feel comfortable. Overall, I like leaving some room for a little fun and I might freestyle plans.
