Hi! My name is Alana Whitley and I am a senior studying communications with a minor in marketing at Old Dominion University. While I did not grow up athletic, sports played a major role in my upbringing as I spent every Sunday watching football, particularly the Pittsburgh Steelers. I also would become exposed to other sports like basketball and tennis, which have all helped me grow interested in sports media as I find the industry to be very intriguing. Outside of sports, I love to read, collect records, and play the Sims 4.
