Hi! My name is Alicia, and I am a senior majoring in History, minoring in Secondary Education. I am very passionate about History, and I love to think of creative ways to teach social studies.

I currently teach in Virginia Beach City Public Schools, and I have a lot of students. Some students at my school do not speak English as their first language, and instead speak Spanish at home. I think that having an understanding of another language is a valuable tool for a teacher, and helps build relationships between students and their teacher.
