A place on campus that I usually go to on a weekly basis is the student center; I mostly go there to speak with my advisors. While I’m there, I talk to my advisor about my plans to next semester and what specific classes I should take to fulfill my requirements. I ask about internships too. Then, I sometimes meet with another advisor once in a while to talk about my feelings about ODU and its environment. I sometimes go there for monthly scholarship lists, to see if I’m eligible for them. If students need help locating someone, the staff is very accommodating to visitors. Having the student center available for students helps me clarify my thought and find some resources.
