My Intended Major!

I am currently set on graduating with a bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN). With this degree I want to pursue a career in pediatric hematology and oncology. In addition, I intend to further my career by becoming a nurse practitioner or PA.

I chose to pursue the nursing field for a variety of reasons. One of the main reasons that I chose this career field is because my step mom was a nurse. In addition, I have always had a passion for STEM careers and helping others.

EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD

• I currently do not have any experience in the health care field. However, I have applied to volunteer at CHKD recently and am looking for a related job or internship for this upcoming summer!
