The Type of Cyber security career I\u2019ll be writing about, will be the incident
Response. In the Cyber security field it is known as (IR). This career. This career
role helps managing, and mitigating\/identifying cyber attacks. The professionals in
this career are responsible for reading\/analyzing Cyber attacks and threat,
preventing future risk, and responding to security branches. It\u2019s a profession that
has not only technology but human behavior and has specific organized practices
that aim towards things like mitigating and managing effects of cyber threats. IR
professionals are very critical in defending digital environments. Incident
Response (IR) is used to understand the behaviors of malicious actors. Malicious
actors as in hackers, cyber criminals, and others. Helping understand this helps
effective responses.

The importance of understanding social science is huge in Incident a response (IR).
It\u2019ll help understand human behavior, how hackers think, and communication
theory. By knowing the role of social science in (IR) it\u2019ll help Incident Response
professionals mitigate future threats. Understanding international organizations,
non-state actors, and complex dynamics between nations are all the roles of social science in the career of Incident Response (IR). With social science correlating with IR
careers and international relations, it understands human behavior, organizations,
cultures, and social outcomes. Social science can help keep multiple professions in
cyber security informed, not just in the Incident Response (IR) profession. It helps

Social engineering and how it operates is a concept that we\u2019ve learned in this class.
It\u2019s used in cyber attacks to learn human behavior. Most of the key concepts we\u2019ve
learned in this cyber security social science class, There are very many well related
to Incident Response(IR) career. From risk management, understanding human
behavior, effective communication, all of these we\u2019ve learned are used to have
success in cyber security and protection from incidents. All of these concepts not only
help mitigate attacks but also help take on challenges in cyber security. Learning
about a professional career in Incident Response (IR) and reading about it really
made me realize how much I learned in this class, and I can understand how
careers operate based on the social science of things I\u2019ve learned already.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How Incident Response (IR) related to marginalized groups and society in
general<\/em><\/strong>
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IR professionals can help cyber security awareness and reduce successful progress
in cyber attacks. IR professionals play a huge role in protecting company\u2019s,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

businesses, organizations, and individuals. And just societies as a whole from
cyber attacks\/cyber threats. It helps understand human behavior and societal
implications of cyber security. Incident Response(IR) professionals are known as
unique vulnerabilities of marginalized groups. With the social science and IR
professionals tied well together, it betters in protecting society and helps close the
gap of divide in marginalized groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conclusion
<\/em><\/strong>Incident Response (IR) professionals play a very important role in cyber security,
when it comes to identifying and mitigating threats. Social science research helps
understand human behavior, communication, and understand cyber threats as a
whole and strategies for it. IR professionals can address the vulnerabilities of
