Today I had an interview with Mrs. Glenica Dennis, a registered nurse and clinical coordinator in hemodialysis. Mrs. Dennis attended Norfolk State University and holds a bachelor’s degree from VCU. We discussed her employment, what a typical day in her life is like, what ultimately led her to select her line of work, and what motivates her to work in the healthcare industry throughout our interview.I’ve learned that you should look at several career options in the health sector and identify your area of expertise before deciding what you want to pursue. Simply because you declare you want to accomplish something doesn’t guarantee that you will follow through on it; you may find something else that you really enjoy. And in order to do this work well and for a long time, you must genuinely care about other people and treat them with the same level of respect that you would your own family.
