For the Collaboration Unit, I teamed up with the librarian from a elementary school and a 3rd grade teacher to create a teaching unit. The classroom teacher and I collaborated to find an academic need in the classroom that I could tie in library standards with. We planned together to create lessons that would meet the needs of all learners by using group instruction, group work, and individual instruction for those who needed it.
