Essential Work Habits
Working with a variety of different people in the Navy it helped build my strengths in communication, ability to work in innovation and collaboration, and leadership skills. Being a leader is a major topic and job in the Navy, and any other job in general as well. There are always going to be new people starting and needing that helping hand to be pointed in the right track, and or trained properly.
