OBJECTIVE To obtain a position in customer service. SUMMARY Over my recent years in working for different types of businesses I have obtained a lot of great experience in customer service. I’ve learned that customer connection is an important skill. I have learned to be very generous, smile a lot, and to always listen to the customer. I am interested in new challenges and learning new skills. RECENT EXPERIENCE Beach Hut Deli: I worked 20 hours a week. I was working in a fast paced environment making sandwiches, learning about different beers, working on the register, and answering phone calls. (December 2017 – July 2018) 50/50 Taphouse: My first position in Virginia was at the Taphouse working 30-40 hours a week serving food and learning about beer. I applied my customer service experience and learned how a restaurant works. (August 2018 – January 2019) Starbucks: I have recently worked at Starbucks. Through Starbuck’s customer service requirements, I have learned to better my skills in customer connection while working in a fast paced environment. I always put the customer first. (September 2018 – November 12) Book-A-Million: At Books-A-Million I was a manager for the cafe Joe’s Mugs. I had trained the employees, completed orders for inventory, managed cafe duties and made coffee. I have recently been laid off due to the COVID-19 virus.
