The projects that I will be working on as a Public Health Coalition Administration and Communication Coordinator include:<\/p>\n

  1. Familiarize yourself with the work of both coalitions and the health topics they cover<\/li>\n
  2. Provide administrative support to the coalitions in the form of follow-up on tasks, development of project-related materials, and participation in virtual meetings<\/li>\n
  3. Coordinate and assist with coordination for CINCH and Healthy Portsmouth meetings including logistics such as planning, calendar management, meeting invitations, roster management, meeting minutes, etc<\/li>\n
  4. Maintain the master event schedule for Healthy Portsmouth, assist in scheduling events and coordinating with host sites<\/li>\n
  5. Develop and execute\u00a0a social media\u00a0communications plan for Healthy Portsmouth to include at least two social media platform<\/li>\n
  6. Develop social media and educational materials\/content and\u00a0post static and live content on social\u00a0media platforms<\/li>\n
  7. Communicate with the coalition through email-listserv on topics of interest, meeting information, and volunteer opportunities<\/li>\n
  8. Utilize Canva Pro for the development of social media posts, project flyers, educational materials, and presentations<\/li>\n
  9. Provide telephonic follow-up for participants of the CINCH Little Steps 4 Health Program and Healthy Portsmouth’s Million Hearts and Year of Mammography projects<\/li>\n
  10. Gain skills\/knowledge about public health, health equity, coalition approaches, and community engagement<\/li>\n
  11. Assist in the development of outreach strategies and provide community engagement, seminars, and education for outreach and education events<\/li>\n
  12. Collaborate with project staff and community partners to identify and recruit new partners<\/li>\n
  13. Attend virtual\u00a0coalition and\u00a0community engagement meetings associated with the work<\/li>\n
  14. Complete tasks assigned during community and project-related meetings<\/li>\n
  15. Attend weekly Healthy Portsmouth\u00a0Leadership team meetings (usually Tuesdays at 10 am) and monthly coalition meetings (usually 4th Mondays at 10)<\/li>\n
  16. Represent the project at virtual\u00a0meetings held by other organizations with mission\/agenda fit<\/li>\n
  17. Attend weekly precepting check-in<\/li>\n
