By their very nature,small businesses have limited funds to spend on cyber security, this poses a huge threat to any and all businesses that can agree. Cyber crime is rapidly increasing throughout the whole world so, small businesses need to have and be able to rely on software, hardware, internet connection, and their networks. With technology increasing and the economy becoming more me vs you situations small businesses won’t be able to hold off cyber crime without enough money. At the end of the day that is what it comes down to, money. Without money these small businesses will never be able to receive the help they need because they simply can’t afford it. Now it may necessarily not be their fight they don’t have the money yet but if I had a small business I would try and get help from bigger businesses and organizations to create a deal for them to help with cyber security. $445 billion is how much cyber crime costs every year, that is a huge loss in companies looking for the money to expand and become better but they can’t if it’s just being stripped away or hacked. Identifying the cyber crimes are often where individuals either don’t recognize them or aren’t educated on how to go about the threat. Just having that knowledge can help a business owner save his business or protect it. Don’t be a business owner not knowing all the possibilities of hacks and thieves. When I create my business this is the first thing I want to learn and know briefly and thoroughly. Having a person to hand down the business that already has the knowledge you install in them, but they can also gain even more knowledge and shortcuts if they spend time studying. The morale of it all is don’t try and spend less to keep your information and records from hackers it is a priority treat it like one.
