Criminal Justice and Cyber Security can be looked at as the same type of job because they are protecting things everyday consumers need. Things include hackers, robbers, attackers, and even burglars. Criminal justice is justice being delivered to those who have committed crimes. Government agencies and institutions make up criminal justice. Both jobs have different areas that they need people to fulfill to keep our everyday lives intact. Criminal justice has Law enforcement, Courts Systems, correction systems, these all make up ways to help everyday people. Cyber Security includes Cloud security, network security, application security, and critical in fracture security. Both systems are supposed to help put people who commit federal crimes away and locked up until their time has been met. Another overlap is the difficulty of these jobs. Cybersecurity is a consistent learning type of job. Some problems can be the same but there are hundreds of opportunities and adjustments someone has to make on the spot. That is what they prepare for and the more practice the easier and quicker they can get and it becomes. Criminal Justice not only does someone have to be mentally ready but physically also. They perform tests and train to conditions that are real-life problems. Some do not make the cut and can not keep up with the physical test and are either disqualified or if they feel they could put you in a different department they will. Every day both jobs risk their lives to just be doing the right thing. Someone can not do anything but respect these jobs. They help us run our everyday lives taking the problems away. That is why I chose cybersecurity one day. I want to help someone from a cyber-attack successfully. Things would not be able to operate correctly without these two jobs.
