Approaching the development of cyber policy and infrastructure of predictive knowledge given the short arm is undoubtedly difficult. I couldn’t imagine having to. There is a lot of stress and effective decision choices that have to be decided and made in the heat of what is going on. Imagine making the wrong decision or picking a choice but changing it because of doubt. All of the factors in upgrading are important and want to be a precise decision. A company does not want to upgrade a certain part then a hacker hacks the weak part, so when upgrading tries and touches all parts of what you are upgrading. Trends can help predict what is coming in the future, but they are not always right. Being two steps ahead in your business than everyone else will always be a plus, everyone will think they know what to do or how to do it and they do not know they are missing steps or information. Predicting ways to stop future hacks is the key, businesses might hire fake hackers or hire a real hacker and see what and how other hackers are getting and breaching information. Once a company pinpoints how they are accomplishing the hacks then stopping and catching them is like playing fish just wait for them to go for the bait. It would not be easy if the business did not have that behind the scenes man, most businesses call them decoys. There are different and creative ways to try and stop hackers or even future hackers. As long as the employees, security, and the boss is confident and on the same page, there should not be any problems. I encourage businesses to look into parts of security they are not threatened by and upgrade or enhance it at least one way.
