I began my military service in 2018 as a member of the Virginia Army National Guard. During my time with the National Guard, I received the Army Service Ribbon, National Defense Service Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, District of Columbia Presidential Inauguration Support Ribbon, and the Virginia National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon.
I was awarded the Army Service Ribbon for completing Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training.
I was awarded the National Defense Service Medal for enlisting and completing all necessary training requirements during a time of war.
I was awarded the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal for performing my job and other tasks I was assigned at a high level during my military service.
I was awarded the District of Columbia Presidential Inauguration Support Ribbon for supporting the D.C. National Guard with the inauguration of President Joseph R. Biden.
I was awarded the Virginia National Guard Emergency Service Ribbon for volunteering to assist the State of Virginia with the COVID-19 pandemic assistance as well as countless natural disasters, such as hurricanes and snow storms.
