Naval Reverse Osmosis Desalination Maintenance Course– San Diego, CA

  • Hands on course to build familiarity with the maintenance of high pressure, reverse osmosis water purification systems. 
  • Rebuilt high pressure rotary hydraulic feed pumps in a workshop setting.

 Naval Nuclear Power School– Goose Creek, SC                            

April 2015- April 2016

  • Studied the fundamentals of heat transfer, lubrication principles, fluid flow, hydraulic principles and steam turbine maintenance and its application to power generation. 
  • Rebuilt Alfa-Laval centrifugal lube oil purifiers in a workshop setting.
  • Studied the fundamentals of AC and DC current, electrical drawings, electrical/electronic components and motor/generator operation principles.
