Hello there! I’m Antony Eric Robert Charles, a dynamic and driven 25-year-old tech enthusiast. As a senior at Old Dominion University, my passion for problem-solving has been consistently honed over the years. Besides expanding my intellect, I love to nourish my body and spirit through weightlifting and hiking, while also indulging my curiosity through voracious reading.

Early in my academic journey, I had the privilege of serving as an intern at Gannett, the parent company of USA Today. This invaluable experience not only provided me a solid foundation in the industry but also sparked my desire to delve deeper into the technological world. I worked extremely hard, and slowly worked my way up the corporate ladder to the position of Senior Support Analyst.

I’ve always believed that comfort breeds complacency, and in my quest for continuous growth, I accepted a thrilling opportunity at Decisions. Decisions is a trailblazing no-code automation platform, and gives anyone with a strong techincal foundation the ability to code.

My most recent venture involved being a critical player in developing the LES engine at Candor. In an industry marked by complexity, the LES engine simplifies the mortgage underwriting process for conventional loan files, thus empowering businesses to operate with enhanced efficiency. During my tenure at Candor, I was privileged to be part of a tight-knit group of 13 passionate individuals, which we grew into a strong team of over 75.

As I prepare for my next chapter, I look forward to bringing my expertise to CCMSI. Here, we aim to redefine the insurance industry by automating various aspects of the claims process, driving efficiency, and ensuring seamless experiences for all parties involved. I am excited to contribute to transforming traditional processes using innovative tech solutions.
