In the present day, the world and people prefer and easily use technology and cyber thing in their life to comfort themselves including entertaining, educating, working, etc. We cannot deny that cyber technology is a tool that makes many benefits to society, however, cyber technology also can make a bad impact on society because it is a topic that is more related to the digital thing that is intangible, so it is more difficult than the physical thing to control people to have proper behavior. It creates an opportunity for people to have behavior that differs from the social standard, or we call it “deviance” that we can find through the internet in every place of society and the one place that has many deviant behaviors is the workplace.

             The deviant behavior is easy to find in the workplace, that has much cyber technology or digital thing more than a workplace that doesn’t have it because as I said cyber technology is one way that gives a chance to people especially employees in the organization that have high pressure or not satisfied from organization to have deviant behavior from the difficult to detect when they do some bad things for revenge or personal purpose through cyber technology, especially on the internet. For example, if employees do something wrong in a physical thing like rob the organization’s money, it will easily for an organization to detect and know who is the criminal but if employees try to get secret information of organization for sell to other organization, it will more difficult to detect and need to use more time to know who is the person to do this problem, in the worst case it cannot arrest the person who does this problem. So, that is how cyber technology is the one way to create an opportunity to deviance in the workplace.
