After I read the article by Verbeek that talks about the public sphere. It makes me think about the past and the present day. In the past, people have difficult to access to the information and technology, the center of power is the states that can almost control everything or does not need to control about technology. But in the present day, technology is changing the world, people can easily access information and technology. It changes the way of life and the quality of people’s lives depending on technology such as communication or transportation. It makes everybody including groups, markets, and businesses focus on this topic because the person who can give the technology that many people like in the society will have power, profit, and can control the current of society. 

So, every business tries to do this thing and I support it that they should do for their future. However, from this change it is diminishing state power that states don’t have power to control those businesses. It makes the business which has a huge network of the material world able to do many things through the technology that others can’t do even a bad thing. So, I think we should limit the business which has that high power and support other businesses and states to have equal power to control each other that will create the right and balance to the society. I think this is not because business and people go with technology is a bad thing, It is a good thing that they need to adapt themself or comfort themself for the present day but everything is bad if they let one have more power than another that doesn’t have anything that can control them. That is how markets, businesses, groups, and individuals should be regulated or limited in the present day in my opinion.
