Technology is an efficient tool that was created by humans from the past until now to make their life more comfortable but despite the many benefits that we can get from the technology, it also has harmful things that happen by intention and unintentional at the same time. In ancient ages, people said humans should not limit the knowledge that makes us go forward, they created technology to make them survive and didn’t think about the consequence of that technology.

In the present, technology is more the tool that makes humans survive, it can change everything in the world and humans such as nature, political policy, behavior, etc. We create many technologies that we think will be useful to the world and our life but when the time has passed, we found that technology can create bad effects on the world such as plastic, nuclear, social media, etc. It makes us recognize that human has a short arm of predictive knowledge, we can’t predict whether the technology that we made will create a good thing or a bad thing for the long distance. So, that is why now we need to create a new cyber policy to limit or control the technology because of that short arm of predictive knowledge.

If I need to suggest how we should approach the development of cyber policy and infrastructure I think we should always update the cyber policy in a short period, not for the long period for making it can follow the advancement of technology because of the fast growth of technology, we never know in the future will have something happen such as today we have the software that looks like safe and is useful but in the next year, we found that software has a vulnerability that affects to the safety of the nation. So, we should have a policy that always stays as focused on technology as possible to eliminate that problem immediately when we found it or before it will become a problem.
