I chose Dental Hygiene to be my major because of my long history with dental procedures. When I was younger I had ten teeth removes, four teeth exposed, and I had braces for three years. Before this long process, I hated my smile. However, over the years of watching my teeth finally straighten out, my confidence grew. I would love to watch others go through the same transformation that I did so I decided dental hygiene is what I want to do!
