    50 hours of Case Management at New Life – Working with Substance Abuse Clients for Department of Corrections and a Women’s Domestic Violence Group. Duties included case management, typing progress reports, filling client’s documents, breathalyzing group members, checking in and observing groups, participation in staff meetings.
  •  YWCA Crisis Counseling on Hotline (46 hours)- Provided services and resources to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Made referrals made such as counseling, victim advocacy, local homeless shelters, and forensic and hospital accompaniment.  Learned Mandated Reporting. Trauma Certification.
  • 400 hour internship with The Intensive Outpatient Program at the Farley Center in January of 2020-April 2020- Responsibilities include substance abuse counseling, case management, marketing, utilization review, treatment planning, assessment, diagnosis, and coordination of services (all under the supervision of site staff).
