Engineers are some of the smartest people in my eyes . They protect cyber networks in so many tremendous ways . Engineers are the main people that keep malicious people away and our networks and software protected. Firewalls which are the softwares that block unknown networks from harming your device , engineers are the people who build those. Along with building all of these precautions to protect your computer they also have systems where it’s job is to detect any troublemaking networks and immediately kick them  out to keep your device safe . As we have learned software updates are something that is really important when keeping your computer safe , engineers are the people who create these updates . Within each update most times there is a function within the update to upgrade the protection of your device or to work out any loophole where there is space for malicious people to come and commit any type of cyber crime . Along with all of the other things we have talked about that engineers do to make networks safer they also go the extra mile and study networks . They do this by basically taking networks apart and studying every single part of them , by doing this it allows the computer to run smoothly as if one part of your network gets hacked or anything along those lines it still runs smoothly . When things of this nature happen is basically when cybersecurity professionals get heavily involved because they go in and basically SWAT the computer to find the problem or hiccup so they can work on the vulnerabilities. To conclude the different ways that engineers work hard to keep networks safe they also hold security camps . Within these security bootcamps they stress the importance of computer safety . They teach things you should avoid while using your network to keep it safe .
