- At the Jefferson Hotel I would work different events and parties. Sometimes it would be an important business meeting, and sometimes it would be anniversaries or weddings. At these events I would serve the different meal courses, and clean up the food. When I wasn’t on the floor of an event I would sit in the back and wipe silverware or set the rooms for the next events.
