Hello, I’m Allie Tackett. I plan to pursue a nursing degree and specialize in labor and delivery. I want to be a nurse because I can help people and it offers great hours. I’m taking Spanish because it is so commonly used in America and I believe having a basic understanding of it at a minimum can help working in the nursing field. My husband is in the Navy which is why I’m attending ODU. We have two dogs who are basically our children. I hope to keep my GPA up and learn as much as I can while I’m in school.
