The purpose of this portfolio is to give access to all the hard work accomplished towards earning my degree. It provides personal detailed information about my personal life and  future goals.  This portfolio will show the work completed step by step during the evaluation of a local agency. The purpose was to find out if the agency’s program is effective with providing services and if the needs of the stakeholders were being met. The agency that allowed the evaluation was the Samaritan House and the evaluation was conducted on the Children’s Program with the agency.
