- Why are you interested in cybersecurity technology?
Since I was a little kid, I have always really been interested in technology as a whole. A lot of that interest came from playing video games on a gaming system, or having the newest iPhone that came out just about each year. Honestly, any type of technology that I could get my hands always gave me some type of interest for some reason. As I was going through high school continuously contemplating what exactly I would be interested in doing for a career, I came to notice that I had many interests. One of them was working in the cybersecurity department for CIA (Central Intelligence Agency). I’ve always found it fascinating to be put in a position to protect the United States’ most top-secret information and defend it against continuous hackers. My main goal for a career is to be in a position of significance. In my opinion, there isn’t a better way for me to do that than to pair my interest in cybersecurity with a top-secret government job.
