Collection Development Plan

In this collection plan, I proposed a three-year implementation plan for changes, marketing strategies, and both formative and summative assessments.  In order to create the plan, evidence-based decision making was completed with a study of the immediate community and the high school, and then the school library and the library collection, using information gathered in the Collection Analysis and the Environmental Scan.  The three-year plan included suggestions for widening the cultural content in the collection, increasing library staff accessibility, and developing collection diversity by adding books in more languages. The collection analysis and environmental scan are included as background. This artifact demonstrates a commitment to diversity, accessibility, and library leadership.
