  • Managed team of 10 sailors for 1,440 hours of all-source intelligence fusion, providing time-sensitive intelligence in support of Indications and Warning to more than 100 U.S. and coalition units operating in the Middle East.

  • As Principal Advisor and Missile and Aircraft Subject Matter Expert Instructor observed and evaluated student performance and development to provide appropriate feedback based on class records and reports for 180 intelligence professionals. Continuously maintained threat platform systems and flawlessly created 392 individual grading criteria for 56 student presentations on individual air and ground-based threats. Additionally created and implemented the Strike Fighter Advanced Readiness Program Threat Platform Exit Exam for 61 intelligence professionals.
  • Implemented Distributed Common Ground System – Navy (DCGS-N), and Global Command and Control System – Maritime (GCCS-M) course and completed over 50 hours of instruction to 250 enlisted and officer intelligence personnel.

  • Produced more than 200 daily CCSG-11 Admiral’s Intelligence briefs and tracked more than 1000 threat contacts vital to NIMITZ’s successful extended combat deployment to THIRD, SEVENTH, FIFTH, and SIXTH Fleet areas of responsibility in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and crisis response to Syria.
  • Produced 5 Intelligence Information Reports and disseminated 323 Visual information reports consisting of 629 photos and 314 videos covering surface and air interactions. Facilitated 24 in-depth training sessions on Operational Intelligence, greatly increased level of knowledge for 12 sailors.
  • Expertly fulfilled his duties totaling $550,408.01 in supplies/equipment ordered, additionally saving the Navy $301,932.74 on materials in 2015. Ensured proper accountability of newly issued Photographic kits worth $38,534.06 and oversaw the transfer between USS NIMITZ and USS JOHN C STENNIS which set the CNAF standard for future transfers.
  • Taught eight classes as 1 of 3 Enlisted Information Dominance Warfare instructors, impacting 148 sailors resulting in command qualifications. Instructed and qualified 67 sailors in Basic Life Saver CPR as a critical part of the command indoctrination program, ensuring lifesaving knowledge and proficiency were maintained. Hand-selected as Combined Federal Campaign representative where he raised $1,668.00.
