I Interviewed high school athletic trainer, Bailee Jenkins. I had the pleasure of working under her as a student athletic trainer my senior year of high school. Bailee got her Bachelor’s of Science in athletic training from Longwood University. She is currently getting a master’s from Pennsylvania Western University in exercise Science and health promotions, with a concentration in sports, psychology. She got into the field of athletic training by exposure in high school when she was the manager of the school’s football team. She got her current job at Cosby High School, from doing an internship her senior of college at another high school in the county. Baille states that the most rewarding part of her job is the relationships that she built with the student-athletes.
