Cyber technology has created so many jobs and has had many advantages in the workplace. Such as improve security, communication, and networking. Cyber technology has also created opportunities for workplace deviance. One example of workplace deviance is if staff/employee try taking a picture of private information or sending out mass emails trying to sabotage another employee. Employees could shut down their security systems making the company easily susceptible for attacks. This could also happen in a company that is not business related such as a sports team. A player on the team can easily leak team news and drama which could lead to turmoil. This could result in many jobs lost and reputations ruined. For example when someone in the Barcelona staffed leaked a lot of information about conflict in the team. Over all cyber technology has had many positives but also created a large amount of workplace deviance.
