I picked module 8 because it talked about stereotypes and racism. Even though I do not like this subject for this exercise I learned not much has changed on stereotypes between now and in 1930s. I have chosen this picture because it represents all the stereotypes, we have all around the world. I like this module because it just lets me know we as a nation have a long way to go before, we can end it.

For another one of my favorite exercise was module 5. This is one of my favorites because we learned we always try to put our best foot forward. We try to improve ourselves for all situations to make a good impression on someone. I didn’t even realize how much I wanted people to like me by doing simple things like wearing make-up or wearing someone favorite color. I picked this picture because it represents beauty to me.

For Module 7 we had to discuss the conflicts we have within ourselves between our heart and mind. This is called cognitive dissonance. What I learned from this exercise was we as people rationalized our thoughts to explain our behavior to lessen the conflict. I picked this module as one of my favorites because this is something we do everyday and not even realize it. I picked this picture because it explains cognitive dissonance perfectly.

For module 3 we had to survey people and determine if people agreed to similarities leads to attractive or does opposite attract. It was great to learn from the people I surveyed most people believe similarities leads to attractive. I picked this has one of my favorites because I believe this to be true also. I picked this picture because it represents similarities.

For module 4 we had to discuss crime rates and what is being reported and being able to retrieve this information quickly. I learned just because you are able to think of a certain events quickly doesn’t make it true. But actually it has to do with how much you are exposed to the topic. I enjoyed this module because it opened up my eyes to crime rate and actual violence happening. I picked this picture because it shows crime reports go
