The BYOB session video was on Max Greenhood and he owns RocketBike Digital Agency.  Three concepts I learned from him was people/time management, turning down opportunities, and knowing yourself.  It is good to know how to deal with people and engage because it contributes to companies success more.  Time is of the essence and every second counts so you can’t waste time if you’re trying to build a business.  It is good to not say yes to every opportunity thrown your way because you don’t want to bite off more than you can chew.  It also important to know yourself and do what makes you happy and having emotional intelligence.
