Give specific examples of how your digital experiences relate<br \/>to each level of need.<br \/>Maslow\u2019s Hierarchy of needs is a psychological theory proposed by Abraham Maslow in<br \/>1943 which suggests that human motivation is based on fulfilling a hierarchy of needs, starting<br \/>from the most basic physiological needs and progressing towards higher-order psychological<br \/>needs. The first level of Hierarchy needs is physiological needs and it is the most basic<br \/>requirement for human survival. For example food, water,shelter and warmth. They can be<br \/>related to my experience with technology because tech facilitates access to food through various<br \/>means such as online grocery shopping. You have the ability to order online if places are busy.<br \/>The second level is safety and security and it involves the desire for physical and psychological<br \/>security, stability and protection from harm. In personal experiences, technology plays a crucial<br \/>role in addressing my safety. For example I have 2 home security systems. This shows how<br \/>technology enables the installation of sophisticated home security systems equipped with<br \/>surveillance systems, and cameras. The third level is called Love and belongingness. It involves<br \/>the desire for social connection, intimacy, friendship and a sense of belonging. This relates to my<br \/>experience because I have social media platforms such as twitter and instagram. These platforms<br \/>facilitate communication, sharing of experiences, and maintenance of relationships. The fourth<br \/>level is called Esteem, and it involves the desire for self esteem, confidence, and achievement.<br \/>Examples of how it relates to me is that performance tracking helps me throughout my day to<br \/>day life. It offers access to various platforms and online courses, which enable me to acquire new<br \/>skills. My mastering skills can boost your self esteem. The last and final level is called self<br \/>actualization. This level represents the pinnacle of Maslow&#8217;s hierarchy of needs and it involves<br \/>the pursuit of personal growth and fulfillment.
