Welcome to LeADERS, a program that has been instrumental in shaping my educational journey at ODU. To introduce the LeADERS program it allows student the opportunity to experience high-impact course while allowing participants to get the most of your time at ODU while preparing you for life after graduation such as joining the workforce or applying to graduate school. Through LeADERS, I’ve had the opportunity to discover and participate in impactful courses and experiences that have not only enriched my time at ODU but have also prepared me for life beyond graduation. By delving deeper into my major courses through the lens of LeADERS’ perspectives, I’ve developed crucial skills such as critical thinking, interpersonal, and intercultural skills—qualities highly valued by employers and graduate schools alike.
