According to the SMDS Scale, I scored 2 out of 9, which is lower than the minimum 5 out of 9. Therefore, based on these criteria, I would not receive a diagnosis of SMDS. The questions were honest and intimate, in my opinion. If individuals were able to provide genuine responses, they would be able to participate in self-diagnosis. The diagnosis will vary according on geographical location, such as being in a densely populated area with extensive internet usage or in a remote place with limited or no internet access.
