Hello all! My name is Benjamin Austin Draper and I am a out-of-state transfer from Texas State University. I was born and raised in Roanoke, VA before moving down to Texas in 2012. I recently made the move back to Virginia in 2020, and chose to attend Old Dominion this fall. I am more than excited to continue my college education in the 757. I am 22 years old, and I am majoring in \u2018Media Studies\u2019 as a Communications student. I serve as the Sports Editor for Mace and Crown. Since I was 4 years old, I have always wanted to pursue a career in sports media as a Broadcaster\/Reporter. On the side, I am a broadcaster for the ODU Esports teams. After college, Benjamin hopes to be in the booth one day calling games for ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS, or any professional team.
