First, avoiding singular pronouns such as “I” was not something we thought about before presenting. Even if I completed a section of the report alone, it is a team effort, and I should always include my team when addressing our report. Second, body language matters a lot when giving a presentation. It feels natural to cross your arms or put them in your pocket, but this is unprofessional. Instead, using hands gestures to animate yourself can make you seem more confident and relaxed. Finally, using transitions to pass the presentation to another team member is a great way to avoid confusion.

After giving our presentation, we received some critical feedback that we considered and implemented within our report and presentation delivery. First, the colors used within the presentation were too bright and could potentially distract our client. Second, there were some grammatical errors that were overlooked and present in the presentation. Another issue found within the presentation was the alignment between the paper and the presentation. Some of the charts in the paper were split between pages which made it hard to read. We adjusted the paper so that all charts were on a single page and that they aligned properly to the presentation. Overall, the mock presentations and critical feedback were highly informative and allowed us to reflect on what we can do better for our final presentation next week.

Benjamin Rivera MedinaCYSE 368Cyber ClinicApril 16, 2026Reflection Paper #3 The mock presentation my team did regarding our report was highly informative and will have positive impact on our future delivery to Caitlin.
