I thought it would get a laugh<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I thought it would bring smiles to faces<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Failing because of \u201cbad communication\u201d and what not<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joke failed for the same reason evidently<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The bad communication joke wasn\u2019t merely that, you see<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It wasn\u2019t with another mime exactly, but the breakup part was true<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For an unlaughing crowd, in direct sunlight, alone<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I escaped through fictional doors<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Face-paint frightening the women and children<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I burned on a too-large stage in the hot sun<\/p>\n\n\n\n
