Throughout this semester, I have learned the importance of Cell Biology. I had a broad
understanding of cells and their importance but what I didn’t know was the depth of the
knowledge and how Cell biology is everything to how humans and every other living organism
work. Cell biologists working in animal, plant, and medical research will be able to generate
stronger vaccines, more effective medications, better-quality plants, and a greater understanding
of how all living things survive by better comprehending how cells behave in good and
pathological situations. This class has definitely broaden my knowledge and allowed me to
consider a career in research. I honestly think cell biology should be a class offered in high
school. Students will be able to learn how theri body works and why certain things in the body
happen.
