I thought that this assignment was really interesting because it was cool to see what kind of person I am in a relationship and how I might after changed from the beginning of my current relationship to now. I felt like most of the results I got were pretty accurate as far as what the scores said I was based on my answers. I shared a few of the results with my partner as well and we both felt like they were accurate and it led us to have a really nice and long talk about our relationship.

I really enjoyed this assignment because it gave me a chance to explain myself through photographs regardless of the reader not actually seeing the photos. I am more of a “live in the moment” person than I am a “stop and take a photo” person so the photos I chose were very special to me. This assignment gave me vibes of what it is like to make a portfolio of my best works of art. Both the assignments were a form of self-expression but in completely different ways. I felt like I talked more about my first two photos than I did my other four but that is because those were the ones I was most excited to share.

ATA1:

This assignment helped me to better understand the different kinds of heuristics and how we use almost all of them every day. While learning about four different heuristics, I was able to think of examples of how I could have used that type of heuristic in my own life; which helped me develop a better understanding of that heuristic itself. The assignment kind of reminded me of how we learned about the different parts of the brain in the introduction to psychology. This assignment was personally relevant to me because of the example I gave for the availability heuristic. I said in this example that when asked about the likelihood of aircraft accidents, killings, and shark attacks, individuals tend to overestimate the likelihood of every just because these occurrences are so memorable.
