I believe myself to be a hard working student. I put my best effort into everything I do to bring out the best that I can be. I’m confident in my abilities even if sometimes I don’t succeed. I have tons of tools at my disposal. I believe if I use them when needed then they could help me boost my confidence in my classes. I have a lot of accomplishments that I am proud of personally. My biggest goal is to graduate college and be the first male in my family to do so. Making it this far boosts my confidence each time I get closer to that goal. My self-efficacy results shows me one of my best strengths. Which is knowing my limits and not pushing to hard. I know what I’m interested in and good at. One of the reasons I chose exercise science as my major. If I don’t stray from this path I am on then I know I will achieve my goal. The photo I chose this time is me catching a disc in a game of ultimate frisbee over a player who was taller than me. I didn’t let that bother and stop me from making a play on the disc.

The course objectives basically let me know what to expect from this class. There won’t be any surprises other than how each objective is explain and executed. Like how relationships are formed and how they turn into close friendships. I personally have close relationships, but being able to learn how they came about is something I would like to learn. Also take what I learn and see if any of it matches up with what I already know. Planning for this class should be easier with the course objectives. I plan on reading ahead to form questions and also listen. I hope discussion can strike new thoughts and topics that also relate to each other. I love meeting and talking to new people whether they are a nice person or a person who’s attitude is a little off from others. Either way each experience has its own story. I hope this class can help me understand further the underlining foundations of interaction. In my future career I will be interacting a lot with people so I see a lot of benefit from taking this class.

I chose this picture of me and my friends in New York because it represents our close bonds with each other. Found out we all like Logic, we all drove up to see him live at Madison Square Garden. Also if you look in the background, you can see a lot of people interacting with each other.
